    What does your process look like?

    We start with a discovery call to understand your goals, audience, and vision. From there we move into strategy, design, and development — keeping you involved at every stage. Most projects run 6–12 weeks depending on scope and complexity.

    What information do I need to get started?

    The more context the better — your goals, target audience, timeline, and any budget range you have in mind. If you don’t have everything figured out yet, that’s completely fine. Send what you have and we’ll guide the rest through conversation.

    What is your typical project timeline?

    A brand identity project typically takes 4–6 weeks. A full website design and development project runs 8–14 weeks. Timelines depend on scope, revision cycles, and how quickly feedback is provided. We’ll give you a clear schedule at the start of every project.

    Do you work with international clients?

    Yes — we work with clients globally. Our team is based in Maharashtra, India, and we collaborate with brands across Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. We adapt to your time zone for calls and keep communication async-friendly.

    Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

    Yes. Most clients continue with a monthly retainer for updates, content changes, performance monitoring, or ongoing design work. We also offer one-time post-launch support packages if you prefer. We’re invested in the long-term success of what we build together.

    Can you work within a fixed budget?

    Absolutely. Share your budget in the brief and we’ll scope the project to fit it honestly — telling you clearly what’s achievable and what’s not. We’d rather set realistic expectations upfront than overpromise and underdeliver.
