1. About Glacian Studio

Glacian Studio is a creative and technology service brand operated by Glacian Technologies LLP. We provide services including website design, website development, branding, logo design, UI/UX design, graphic design, e-commerce development, digital marketing, and related creative or digital services.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Misuse, hack, damage, or disrupt the website
• Copy website content without permission
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use our website for spam or harmful activity

We reserve the right to restrict access to our website if misuse is detected.

3. Service Inquiries

When you submit a form or contact us for a project, you agree that the information provided is accurate and complete. Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding service agreement. A project begins only after proposal approval, payment confirmation, and written communication from Glacian Studio.

4. Proposals and Quotations

Any proposal, quotation, or estimate shared by Glacian Studio is based on the information provided by the client. The final cost may change if:

• Project scope changes or additional features are requested
• Content or material is delayed
• Third-party tools or paid plugins are required
• Extra revisions or urgent delivery is required

All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be mentioned in the proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Advance payment may be required before starting work
• Remaining payment must be cleared before final delivery or website handover
• Work may be paused if payment is delayed
• Final files, credentials, or project assets may be withheld until dues are cleared

All payments must be made through approved payment methods shared by Glacian Studio.

6. Project Timeline

Project timelines depend on the scope of work, client approvals, content availability, feedback time, and technical requirements. Glacian Studio will make reasonable efforts to complete the project within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to:

• Delay in client feedback, content, images, or required materials
• Change in project scope
• Third-party platform issues or technical problems beyond our control

Any delay caused by the client may extend the project deadline.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide:

• Clear project requirements
• Required content, images, logos, credentials, and brand assets
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Correct business information
• Required access to hosting, domain, CMS, or third-party platforms
• Payment as per agreed terms

Glacian Studio will not be responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect information from the client.

8. Revisions

Revisions will be provided as per the approved proposal or project scope. Unless otherwise mentioned, revisions are limited to reasonable changes within the original scope of work. Additional charges may apply for:

• Major design changes after approval
• New pages or features
• Change in brand direction
• Extra design concepts
• Rework caused by incorrect client input
• Changes requested after final approval

9. Content and Materials

The client is responsible for ensuring that all content, images, logos, videos, documents, and materials provided to Glacian Studio are legally owned or properly licensed. Glacian Studio is not responsible for copyright claims arising from materials provided by the client.

If required, we may use stock images, icons, fonts, plugins, templates, or third-party tools. Paid licenses, if needed, will be charged separately unless included in the proposal.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

Until full payment is received, all project files, concepts, designs, and work created by Glacian Studio remain the property of Glacian Studio. After full payment, final approved deliverables will be handed over to the client as agreed.

Glacian Studio may retain the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, display project visuals on its website or social media, and mention the project as part of case studies or marketing material. If the client wants the project to remain confidential, this must be agreed in writing before the project begins.

11. Website Development and Third-Party Tools

For website projects, Glacian Studio may work with platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce, hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, themes, APIs, and other third-party tools. Glacian Studio is not responsible for:

• Server downtime or hosting issues
• Plugin or theme conflicts after delivery
• Third-party tool pricing or policy changes
• Domain expiry or client-side changes that break the website
• Security issues caused by weak passwords or poor maintenance

Website maintenance is only included if specifically mentioned in the proposal or maintenance plan.

12. Digital Marketing Services

For digital marketing, SEO, social media, or advertising services, Glacian Studio does not guarantee fixed results such as exact rankings, leads, sales, or revenue. Marketing results depend on many factors including market competition, advertising budget, brand positioning, website performance, and platform algorithm changes. We will make reasonable efforts to improve performance based on the agreed strategy.

13. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payments made for services are generally non-refundable once work has started. A refund may not be provided for:

• Completed work or work already in progress
• Strategy, consultation, or planning time
• Design concepts already created
• Third-party purchases (domain, hosting, plugin, theme, tool payments)
• Delay caused by the client

If the client cancels a project midway, Glacian Studio may charge for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any refund, if approved, will be at the sole discretion of Glacian Studio and will be processed after deducting work completed, administrative costs, and third-party expenses.

14. Project Pause or Termination

Glacian Studio may pause or terminate a project if payment is delayed, the client does not respond for a long period, required materials are not provided, or the client engages in abusive, unethical, or unlawful behavior.

If a client remains inactive for more than 30 days, the project may be marked as paused or closed. Restarting the project may require revised pricing or timeline.

15. Limitation of Liability

Glacian Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, business, data, reputation, or profits. Our total liability, if any, will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

16. Confidentiality

Both Glacian Studio and the client agree to keep confidential information private. Confidential information may include business plans, login credentials, project documents, pricing discussions, strategy files, unreleased brand or product information, and internal communication. Confidential information will not be shared with third parties unless required for project delivery or by law.

17. Communication

Official communication may take place through email, WhatsApp, project management tools, calls, or other agreed channels. Important approvals, payment confirmations, and scope changes should be confirmed in writing.

18. Maintenance and Support

After project delivery, free support will be provided only if mentioned in the proposal. Additional support, updates, bug fixes, content changes, website maintenance, backups, plugin updates, or security monitoring may require a separate maintenance plan.

19. Force Majeure

Glacian Studio will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet failures, server issues, government restrictions, cyberattacks, strikes, platform outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

21. Changes to Terms

Glacian Studio may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
